West Ham plot deal for “extraordinary talent” in January | Shoot

Despite a narrow 1-0 defeat at Wolves, West Ham fans will be delighted with the job David Moyes is doing at the London Stadium.

After a surprise sixth placed finish last term, the Scot’s side sit fourth after 12 matches played this season.

The Hammers, who have defeated both Tottenham and Liverpool in the Premier League, are also in the League Cup quarter-finals and have qualified early for the knockout stage of the Europa League.

With the club also set to start an FA Cup campaign in the new year, Moyes will need strength in depth in order to compete on all fronts.

Moyes has west Ham competing for Europe once again.

And it’s reported that the West Ham boss is keen to do that by adding to his squad in the January transfer window.

According to Football Insider, the Hammers are plotting a move for Sparta Prague star Adam Hlozek.

The 19-year-old has registered 32 goals and 29 assists in 106 games for his club since making his first-team debut at the age of 16.

It’s claimed that the Hammers, who previously signed Tomas Soucek and Vladimir Coufal from Sparta’s Prague based rivals Slavia, are stepping up their pursuit of the Czech Republic international ahead of the January window.

Hlozek, who has 12 caps for his country, was labelled an “extraordinary talent” by former Sparta boss Zdenek Scasny when he burst onto the scene.
