VIDEO: Watch Bale stunner and late Son penalty against Southampton

    Ryan Mason made a dream start to his reign as Tottenham interim head coach following a 2-1 victory over Southampton.

    Danny Ings’ first-half header put the visitors ahead, but Spurs came from behind to move within two points of the top four thanks to goals from Gareth Bale and Heung Min Son.

    Bale’s goal was an impressive curling finish on the hour-mark before the South Korean converted from the penalty spot on 90 minutes after Sergio Regulion had been upended.
