Silva’s take on Ronaldo vs Messi has merit

Bernado Silva gives his take on the Cristiano Ronaldo vs Lionel Messi argument, taking a rather indecisive stance that makes a lot of sense.

The argument of who is the GOAT, Ronaldo or Messi rages on.

We have had video comparison, skill comparison, facts, figures trophies, and awards. Many have a favorite and will fight their corner to the bitter end.

The latest opinion comes from Portugal and Manchester City player Bernardo Silva.

His take on the battle for the title of GOAT may surprise many of you. While it is rather non-committal and slightly on the fence it makes a lot of sense.

Speaking to The BBC, at first he appears to be undecided, and rather like a politician, however, his argument is a valid one.

    He said:

    “It’s a debate that’s not debatable.”

“I think we need to feel privileged to be able to watch them at the same time together.”

“They are two of the best players ever – if not the two best players ever.”

The argument rages on, why not take our Ronaldo vs Messi quiz and see who comes out on top?
