Schalke to sign 17-year-old Kerim Çalhanoğlu

    Kicker report today that Schalke 04 will complete the signing of 17-year-old Kerim Çalhanoğlu from Hoffenheim.

    Çalhanoğlu, cousin of AC Milan and former Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Hakan, has played 18 games for Hoffenheim’s U17 team this season, scoring two and creating four.

    The youngster is set to sign a four-year contract with David Wagner’s Schalke.
