Tommaso Pobega has renewed his contract and is reportedly in the plans of Stefano Pioli for next season.
Pobega had an excellent season on loan with Pordenone Calcio as they finished 4th in Serie B in the 2019/20 campaign.
As the new Rossoneri season officially starts, Milan have announced today that the 21-year-old midfielder has renewed his deal with il Diavolo:
“Milan announces the extension of Pobega’s contract until 30 June 2025,” a statement on the official website reads.
It’s expected that Pobega would stay with Pioli’s squad, at least for next few weeks. If he impresses, he will be part of the squad for next season and act as an alternative for Kessié and Bennacer.
