    Obafemi: I’m here to score goals

    After netting Southampton’s dramatic late equaliser against Manchester United, Michael Obafemi was delighted to have made an impact from the bench.

    Introduced in the 87th minute with Saints trailing 2-1, the 20-year-old was perfectly placed deep into stoppage time to convert from close range and grab his fourth goal of the campaign.

    Extending Southampton’s unbeaten run to four in the Premier League, Obafemi said: “It was an amazing performance from the boys and a great point away from home, even though we wanted to get all three.
