Manchester United to demand £40m for Dean Henderson this summer

Manchester United will reportedly allow second-choice goalkeeper Dean Henderson to leave for £40m in the summer transfer window.

The 23-year-old shot-stopper has been unable to displace David de Gea at Old Trafford.

Henderson has been restricted to just 12 appearances in all competitions this season – including two starts in the English top flight – and he is being linked with a move to elsewhere amid his lack of game time.

According to the Manchester Evening News, the England international will attempt to make an exit if his situation does not improve, and the Red Devils will allow him to leave the club if they receive a fee of £40m.

Henderson has reportedly garnered interest from top clubs with Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham United and Borussia Dortmund are all believed to be monitoring the situation.
