Lucas Hernández wants to fight for Bayern Munich place

    « Back

Lucas Hernández wants to remain at Bayern Munich and fight for his place despite reports suggesting the Bundesliga club are looking to offload the Frenchman, according to Sport Bild.

The 24-year-old has been linked with Premier League duo Manchester City and Newcastle United in the past two weeks but Hernández wants to prove he’s worth €80 million now that he’s fit again.

Since his arrival Atlético Madrid in the summer, Hernández has played just 738 minutes of Bundesliga football for Bayern Munich due a recurring ankle injury.
