Crystal Palace ruthlessly troll Sky Sports over their ‘one-sided’ advert for Wednesday night’s Premier League game against Liverpool.
Jurgen Klopp’s side will take on the Eagles at Anfield, with the Reds hoping to take another forward towards their first-ever Premier League title.
A video went viral on Twitter, with one viewer recording an advert on the upcoming fixture, but instead it was all about Liverpool, and failed to mention Palace until right at the end when displaying the game information.

As you can see, Sky Sports’ preview ad showed 30 seconds of Liverpool references including the “This Is Anfield” sign, the Shankly Gates and iconic Kop legends from the past.
The advert cuts to details about the kick off and ends immediately, completely ignoring to show Palace related footage of the team in action or their manager, or even their fans.
Right at the end, there is just pictures of Mohamed Salah and Wilfried Zaha, the only player to be of reference to the Eagles.
Following this, Crystal Palace hilariously hit back at Sky Sports with their own mocking ad.
They tweeted their own creative version, of course, it was as equally one-sided and mimicking Sky’s effort superbly.
Palace game.

After a draw against Everton at Goodison Park in the weekend just gone, Liverpool will be wanting victory as they welcome Crystal Palace who comfortably beat Bournemouth 2-0 on the BBC’s first showing of top flight game for over 30 years.
Providing the Reds defeat Palace on Wednesday, Liverpool could win the title this Thursday if Man City fail to win away to Chelsea. Klopp’s men now need five points to win the Premier League.
However, if Manchester City do win against Chelsea, then the title could be settled next Thursday, July 2, when Liverpool make the trip to Etihad Stadium to face City, where avoiding defeat would crown Liverpool champions.
After seeing the Liverpool ad, fans slammed Sky Sports on Twitter, see what they had to say below…
They’re going to win the most farcical league title of all time. Dont ever forget that. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Lets just all remember this. They will lift the trophy in an empty stadium, no shaking champagne bottles at eachother, no crowd singing and throwing flags and crap to the players. Its going to be 1 team in an empty stadium socially distancing. Noone will care, roll on 20/21

When I cancelled my subscription I told the person who dealt with me it was because of their bias towards 1 club. Obviously they’re not arsed about 1 customer but if thousands did it they might have a rethink

I cancelled @SkySports for this very reason. They’re are ridiculously f**king biased. #cancelskysports

Don’t remember them doing the same for City when they won the domestic treble last year. They didn’t even show Everton coming out at Goodison, absolute disgrace @SkySportsPL

Bias is unreal

Fans however absolutely loved it when Crystal Palace chose to troll Sky Sports over the ‘one-sided’ advert, a few Everton supporters also couldn;’t help but laugh at it…
Outstanding 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 … giving it to @SkySportsPL or should we say LFCTV? 😂😂😂😂
