Could Thiago leave Bayern to join Liverpool?

Bayern Munich are getting closer and closer to signing Leroy Sane 12 months later than they originally wanted and that could be an important piece of business for them. But on the other hand, the perennial champions of Germany might lose some of their current players and media are now suspecting that could be Thiago Alcantara.

The Spanish midfielder is being linked with a potential move to Liverpool this summer and Spox are reporting he wants to leave Bayern Munich. They claim he decided against signing a new contract and the reason for Thiago’s eagerness to leave Germany could be a new challenge at another big European club. The 29-year-old reportedly believes that this summer is his last real chance to join another great club and Liverpool are considering making a bid.

Thiago will become a free agent in the summer of 2021 and that might be Bayern’s reason to let him go now, in order to get some money, but it is said they could ask for 50 million euros in order to let that happen.
