Brandon Williams shows humility in press conference to preview Man Utd v FC Copenhagen

Our homegrown defender – who signed a new contract last week – sat down in front of the media earlier this evening to hold his first-ever press conference and he tackled it with impressive poise, answering questions calmly and coolly.

When pressed on his excellent breakthrough season so far, after making 21 appearances since his senior debut in September, Williams was quick to extinguish any suggestions that he has made it.

“I think it has been a crazy season for myself and my family to be honest,” the Manchester lad told reporters via video link from Stadion Koln.

“Obviously I started with the Reserves and now I am playing with the first team, and I just want to carry it on and play as many games as possible.”
