Reports suggest that AC Milan is interested in securing a deal for Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic. The Serie A outfit need an offensive player and have identified the Serbian as a target.
Luka Jovic’s Real Madrid career hasn’t gone off yet as expected with the 22-year-old seeing limited minutes and is behind Karim Benzema in the pecking order.
Meanwhile, the striker has been the subject of weird news reports in recent times. He reportedly broke his heel after falling off a wall in Belgrade and this resulted in him being diagnosed with an extra-articular fracture in the calcaneus bone of his right foot.
“He’s somewhat depressed and afraid,” Jovic’s father said after the incident which affected the player mentally.

However, despite his recent struggles, his impact at Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga where he scored 36 goals in 75 appearances should count for something. This is one of the major reasons why Los Blancos went all out to sign him.
The report by Milan Live, per way of The Real Champs, suggests that the Serie A outfit are looking to sign Jovic on a two-year loan deal with an option to buy.
It remains to be seen if Real Madrid will approve of this interest as the Serbian has a lot to offer at the Bernabeu.
The player has potentials that can enable him to replace Benzema and learning under the French veteran will provide him with just the experience he needs to step up as the main man to lead the line when the time comes.
Regardless, AC Milan are interested in the player and it remains to be seen if their aspirations to acquire him on an initial loan deal will be successful.
Luka Jovic may also be keen on playing his part at Real Madrid and won’t be looking to leave the Bernabeu anytime soon.
