20/21 Ghana Premier League matchday 21: WAFA beat Eleven Wonders 1-0 in Sogakope

West Africa Football Academy (WAFA) SC on Sunday afternoon posted a 1-0 win over Techiman Eleven Wonders as they returned to winning ways in the Ghana Premier League.

The Academy Boys in their last outing lost to Elmina Sharks by a lone goal last weekend.

Today, WAFA SC returned to Sogakope where they hosted Eleven Wonders in a matchday 21 encounter at the Red Bull Arena.

Dominating the opponent in most parts of the game, a first half strike in the 33rd minute has helped WAFA SC to condemn Techiman Eleven Wonders to a defeat.

The win sees WAFA SC climb to 10th on the Ghana Premier League table while pushing Eleven Wonders into the relegation zone and in need of a revival if they want to survive the drop at the end of the 2020/2021 season.
